Students will work through the basics of proper alignment and breath control - building strength, flexibility and balance. This class moves at a slow pace to build a strong foundation. Perfect for beginners and yogis who wish to develop better alignment. Build on the basics and refine your relationship to your body. Suitable for all levels.
