The New Year is a time of self-reflection and establishing new patterns. The upper three chakras embody compassion, love, unity, and wisdom. In this workshop you will learn how to connect with the upper three energy centers of the body. You will learn techniques that include:
Activation of the Throat, Eyebrow, and Crown Chakras
Elevating Practices to bring more love and peace into your life.
Restorative poses to tap into a place of trust, letting go, and surrender to your highest self.
Guided mediations to assist you to trust your inner voice and move towards full authenticity.
Breathwork that will support you in raising your vibration.
This workshop will be accompanied by sound healing instruments that resonate at the frequencies of our upper chakras. We will offer hands on reiki healing during the restorative poses. You will leave feeling restored, calm, and empowered.
