This unwinding evening vinyasa flow begins with centering breathwork and intention-setting, then moves through energizing yet mindful sequences designed to release tension and restore balance.

The practice gradually transitions into a slower, cooler, mat-based flow, ending with a deeply nourishing guided relaxation—leaving you grounded, calm, and refreshed.
