This 75-minute class is designed to help you stay connected to the present moment experience throughout your posture practice. When fully present on our mats, we are not just training our bodies to move into and hold incredibly beneficial poses, we are training our minds to come under our control and be attentive to what we want it to focus on. We are teaching it how to stay fresh and in the flow of what is happening now. When we bring mindfulness into our posture practice, we give ourselves stress relief and calmness to benefit our body-mind-spirit system. Class will end with a 15 min Healing Sound Meditation. With the use of sacred instruments, we will release energetic blockages to induce a state of ease and harmony in the body and mind. Suitable for all levels.
