End your week feeling restored and realigned with a morning of Restorative Yoga & Reiki. Restorative Yoga is the practice of releasing tension with passive yoga poses (asanas) and gravity while being supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps.  The body and mind are allowed time to enter a state of relaxation that improves our natural healing abilities.  Expect to hold a single pose for several minutes, typically with eyes closed and covered in a blanket. 

Reiki energy work, a Japanese energetic healing modality ("Rei" = Universal, "Ki" = Vital Life Force Energy that flows Through All Living things/Prana/Chi), will be performed while you are resting comfortably in various yoga postures. Live music will be played using Sound Healing instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks, handpan, drums and chimes during the class time.  Time will also be provided for journaling.
