This class is a combination of Yoga and Pilates. This blending of techniques focuses on combining mind and body exercise with the benefits of strength, balance and flexibility. Pilates focuses on strengthening the small muscle groups of the core, back and abdomen. This practice provides the mental and spiritual practice of yoga while testing the strength and endurance of the whole body. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
