Chair Yoga is a gentle yoga form of yoga. You will practice yoga sitting in a chair or standing using the chair as support. Stretch, strengthen and learn breathing techniques to support your mind and body. This class is appropriate for people with injures or limitations with getting up or down off the floor.
This is an online class. When you register, you will receive a Zoom link to join the class. You do not need a Zoom account to attend.
