Wendy brings 15 years of experience as a successful lawyer in New Zealand. After facing life's challenges, she felt compelled to step away from her legal career to heal and find deeper meaning. This journey led her to explore consciousness, Buddhism, yogic philosophy, and psychosynthesis psychotherapy. After retraining, she now practices as a therapist both online and in person, wherever life takes her.
With comprehensive training in yoga, pranayama, and conscious connected breathwork, and over 16 long Vipassana meditation retreats under her belt, Wendy spends 4-5 months each year in India, continuing her spiritual practice. She also teaches Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) courses, and yogic philosophy, guiding others on their path to self-discovery.
