Each class focuses on developing body awareness, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility using a blend of active and passive techniques. Through mindful breathwork, precise alignment cues, and functional movement, students will learn to stretch with purpose and develop lasting flexibility that supports a strong, active lifestyle.
