Unwind, restore, and reset in this deeply relaxing class that combines the meditative practice of Yoga Nidra with the healing vibrations of a sound bath. You'll begin with gentle breathwork and a guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) meditation, designed to take you into a state between wakefulness and sleep—where deep healing and stress release occur. As you rest comfortably in savasana, you'll be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments, helping to calm the nervous system and promote inner balance. No movement is required—just come as you are, ready to relax and receive.
