Join us for a calming Restorative Yoga session designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and support deep relaxation. Using props to fully support the body in gentle, long-held poses, this practice encourages stillness and nervous system reset.

We’ll close with a short sound bath featuring bowls, bells, chimes, gong, and other instruments—carefully selected to help deepen your state of rest and enhance the healing effects of your practice.

This class is suitable for all levels—no yoga experience needed. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, rested, and renewed.
