This gathering is perfect for anyone interested in giving or receiving Reiki, whether you are a beginner, have experience, or are simply Reiki-curious. Reiki is a form of Japanese energy work that fosters relaxation, alleviates anxiety, and enhances overall well-being. Each session features a short, guided meditation, group healing, and hands-on (or off) practice. 

No prior experience is necessary, so feel free to bring friends. Donation-based event.
