This morning yoga class is designed to help you feel restored and energized for your day by deepening your awareness of your body and breath as you transition into each posture. By focusing on short repetitions of sequences, you'll shift from the urge to "get to the posture" to experiencing the interconnectedness of your movements and embracing fluidity. Each session offers a variety of sequences, breath practices, opportunities to challenge your balance, and moments to find stillness in your heart, body, and mind, fostering a mindful practice that sets a positive tone for the day ahead.
