Take advantage of the moon’s peak to clear the energetic field and set intentions for the next month with Meditation, Sound Healing, and Reiki.

Mary Beth will use a variety of instruments to bring deep relaxation to the body and mind and to balance the chakra system while Jennifer weaves Reiki energy throughout the experience to relieve stress and create a sense of peace.
