This class begins slowly, giving you the chance to move and open your body. Modifications are given, and alignment allows you to experience both the form and the function of the poses. We will create sequences to allow for flowing movement. You are encouraged to soften your mind and focus on intention and breath throughout the class. This class is suitable for all levels.
