Mindfulness goes hand in hand with gentle yoga. Often we feel like we are rushing through life to get to whatever is next. Becoming more mindful brings us back to the present moment. Experience mindfulness by connecting breath with movement and thoughts; while letting go of judgement. Learn to live more mindfully to make better and clearer choices. Each class will begin with centering and intention and include seated, standing and supine (laying down) poses. Sip seasonally inspired tea or infused water as you take this gentle time for yourself. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
