Invigorate the whole body by practicing a series of 12 poses linking breath and movement with rhythm. Build strength and flexibility in all major muscle groups while activating the solar plexus, bringing you into a meditative state. Each class ends with a short, seated meditation. Explore both the grace and strength of yoga as you honor the light that shines within. 

This class takes place in the studio.
