This restorative class focuses on the concept of self-care and the consuming nature of caring for others in our lives. Become more aware through breathing, gentle movement and longer holds using props. Each class includes tools that enhance self-care that you can use in your daily life. Class ends with a Yoga Nidra meditation to connect with a state of relaxation while being alert and aware. All levels are welcome.
