This evening meditation class will focus on deep rest and calming the mind. Forward bends and hip openers will help you slow down and tune into your body. Our class ends with a deeply relaxing savasana and guide meditation to settle your body and mind and find a softer focus for the end of your day. Suitable for all levels; no previous experience with meditation is required.
