This class guides you through a restorative practice, helping you modify postures in a safe, effective way that strengthens and stretches major muscle groups, stabilizes the joints and restores a range of motion while honoring the needs of your body. Each class ends with a Yoga Nidra meditation to help you enter a profound state of receptive relaxation. All levels welcome.
